Ayesha uses nutritional medicine, natural remedies, lifestyle modification, referrals, diagnostic testing and supplements (if prescribed) tailored to you. In a consultation, we will go into a deep analysis to gain perspective on your physical and emotional health. We'll talk about the relevant systems of your body, your family history, significant life history, dietary and lifestyle habits and your health goals to gain a holistic approach. Breathwork

Pranayama, the ancient Sanskrit term for breathwork, embodies the art of expanding consciousness through breath. Breathwork involves consciously directing awareness towards the breath. By employing a variety of techniques and exercises rooted in ancient Indian traditions, we can guide the breath from the unconscious regions of the brain, such as the neocortex, into consciousness.

Throughout the practice, I will assist you in re-patterning your breath, fostering unity between mind and body. With each session, we learn to bring awareness to the breath and eventually witness it seamlessly integrate into our daily lives. Engaging in dedicated breath practice signifies a commitment to regulating the nervous system and cultivating a profound sense of authority over your mind.

The sessions will last around 30-40 minutes, during which I will introduce you to your familiar breath and provide you with tools to incorporate into your daily routine. To experience the full benefits, it's recommended to participate for five days, gradually progressing towards more dynamic and invigorating practices as we near the end. By the end of this journey, you will possess the necessary tools to navigate and embody your breath and watch the benefits ripple out into your life.
